Teigha Beth Bailey is a Philadelphia based Dance Artist and Yoga Instructor. A lifelong dancer, Teigha grew up in Kinston, North Carolina connecting deeply to all forms of movement. She completed her 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training through Yoga Vida NYC in March 2021. Teigha is passionate about creating a class for students to experience joy and self acceptance through movement and breath. Her teachings are rooted in Vinyasa, and offer sequences that are accessible to all levels of practitioners. Vinyasa Yoga is a creative and dynamic form of yoga that uses breath to link physical postures. Each class is different and will guide you to explore body alignment, balance, strength, and flexibility. Teigha’s class is all about combining ease and effort, and creating a space for practitioners to get quiet, connect with themselves, and let go. She is excited to share the incredible tools and techniques that have sparked a special and personal transformation in her life. She looks forward to practicing with you.

Chae is a lifestyle coach who began practicing yoga in 2000, teaching in 2005 and facilitating Yoga Alliance accredited Yoga Teacher Trainings since 2009. Her love of yoga philosophy support uninterrupted practices and studies in Hatha Yoga (Yoga Postures), Ayurveda, Breath Work, Meditation, Tantric Philosophy, Yoga Tradition, Pre-Natal Yoga, Yoga for Aging, and Exercise. For Chae, the practices mirror the many-sided nature of being human as Sadhana, a practice to refine and live with transparency and zeal. As a believer in the interconnectedness of life, she weaves together the gross and subtle anatomy, philosophy to lifestyle, esoteric to daily application in body, mind and spirit. Expect informative classes of classic yoga postures fused with functional movement, focus on breath, challenge and laughter, sprinkled with yoga philosophy.

Shelly McIntosh has been practicing yoga since 2006, and after realizing the healing benefits of yoga first hand, decided to become a registered yoga teacher. Her main goal is to help people overcome physical issues and enjoy the benefits of yoga, despite their level of experience.

Having studied with YogaFit to learn to help those who may cope with anxiety, depression and even PTSD, she provides a safe a comfortable practice, allowing students to experience the profound mental benefits that yoga can provide. She also has training in yoga for athletes and often teaches to high-school sports teams.

Also passionate about Ayurveda, the sister science of yoga, she teaches students how to assess their current state and tailor their practice to their individual needs, bringing them back into balance.

Brianna Spause, here! I am an artist, educator and yoga instructor from Philadelphia, PA. I teach playful and powerful Vinyasa Flow Yoga classes for all bodies. I completed my Reiki Level I & II training online in 2020 and my 200-hour yoga teacher training at The Well Studio in Philadelphia, PA in 2022. I am deeply grateful to all of my teachers in life who have shared loving wisdom with me and it’s truly an honor to hold that same space for you. In my class you can expect a trauma-informed yoga practice layered with inquiry… and an awesome playlist! Kimmy is a lifelong ballet dancer who found that her passion for dance could be channeled into physical fitness. Barre is the perfect combination of dancpiration, challenge, and music. After taking a number of different styles of barre all over Pennsylvania, she found her best practice was to not only do but teach. Since 2018, she has been instructing at various boutique studios and is excited to join the BFit4Life Team as a new neighbor in town. Her upbeat and sometimes fun-themed playlists will keep you motivated to take it that extra inch, embrace those shakes, and leave you feeling more centered and powerful than the hour before.

Michael started his fitness journey after a 20 year dance career, performing in Las Vegas and out of the country as a Jazz, Modern and ballet dancer. In 2008 he discovered Zumba where he was able to share his gift helping people get fit. His next venture was barre where he was able to mix ballet with fitness, There is no experience necessary for classes. Expect a friendly environment where anyone who wants to get fit are welcome. Classes focus on a full body workout to strengthen and tone the body. Pulsing the muscles to fatigue is the key to getting stronger. Michael uses a mixture of 80’s-present dance music. Showing progressions & regressions is important — I want Members to feel challenged but not defeated when attending my classes. I want Members to learn and grow while participating in my classes, especially my three favorite classes to teach: HITT, Spin, or Bootcamps. CJ has been passionate about fitness and nutrition since leaving the Ohio Army National Guard after college. He decided to pursue a career in fitness and nutrition after moving to Philadelphia where he began coaching group fitness classes for Orangetheory Fitness. He has his Personal Training Certificate through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and is also CPR/AED certified. He has coached nearly 1000 group classes across multiple locations throughout Philly and South Jersey. His energy and passion while coaching can be heard in his voice, seen in his interactions, and felt by his presence. Whether it is small groups, large groups, or 1 on 1, CJ will deliver results in a dynamic and energetic environment.
