I believe Zumba brings joy to the spirit and soul through movement and rhythms and lots of smiles. I’ve made it my personal mission to use Zumba to touch as many people as I can to inspire dance and happiness in people’s lives. I’m a true Zumba instructor, meaning I don’t call it Zumba and teach something else. I use all of the rhythms to make the class diverse musically and interesting choreographically – keeping it fun for all levels and healthy all at the same time.
