REFUND POLICY
Terms and conditions of purchase are provided at checkout. By agreeing to the terms and conditions, you, as purchaser, agree, acknowledge and understand that CBD products purchased, contain cannabinoids from hemp oil (specifically from the hemp variety cannabis sativa plant). No government agency (inclusive of the FDA) has evaluated any of our CBD products for safety, efficacy or otherwise; we make no claims as to any health or wellness benefits. Upon deciding to purchase any of our products, your decision to do so shall be based solely upon your own opinions and/or conclusions as to any benefits our products may provide. All product purchases provide a 21-day customer satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with any of our products, simply return the unused portion of the product. If we receive a returned product within 21 days, we will issue a full refund. Fitness & Wellness monthly memberships and Class Packs are non-refundable. Of course, should extenuating circumstances occur, we will be open to discussing your personal situation and evaluate the merits of your request for a refund, though we make no promises to accommodate you. Your acceptance of the terms of purchase means you agree to, acknowledge and understand the refund policy herein.
PRODUCTS SHIPPED, DAMAGED DUE TO SHIPPING
With reference to our CBD product specific Certificates of Analysis (“COAs”), all our CBD products are tested for quality, and likewise, all our non-CBD products are inspected for quality control, and all shipments are carefully packaged before leaving the warehouse to ensure no damage occurred during shipping. All claims for damaged product(s) must be made within 72 hours of receipt. Within that time frame, please contact us and provide a detailed description of the damage to the product(s) shipped and if possible, please email to us photos of the damage.
